The cylinder is equipped with Europe's most popular G12 inlet-outlet valve with a rubber seal, also known as KLF – Kleinflashe (G.12). The valve thread is 21.8mm x 1/14 lh. This type of valve is used in countries such as: Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Serbia, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom.

The valve in GasBank cylinders, unlike the valves in standard LPG cylinders, has a unique OPD system.

The automatic OPD (overflow protection) valve stops filling when the gas level reaches 80%. DUO valve - separate input and output. A separate input allows you to permanently connect the filling set and do not have to disconnect the regulator from the cylinder. In addition, the DUO valve, like all GasBank valves, is equipped with a pressure relief (safety) valve, which prevents the pressure of 27 atmospheres inside the cylinder from being exceeded. It should be remembered that there should be a ventilation hole below the level of the cylinder in the place where the cylinder is stored. Lightweight High-strength two-phase DUPLEX low-carbon steel allows you to reduce the weight of the cylinder up to 7.0 kg (with a maximum weight of 8.2 kg filled gas - for the GasBank LS 8kg cylinder) and up to 8.5 kg (with a maximum weight of 11.4 kg filled gas - for the GasBank LS 11kg cylinder) Durable Two-phase steel together with the highest grade C5-M corrosion protection guarantees a long life of the cylinder.
